Beccehamians v Ravens
The Ravens used this friendly as a chance to see what some of the new players could do and they did not disappoint.
At Beccs request it was a game of 12s . The Ravens were a little short of backs so H became an inside centre and new girl Lucy Morton became scrum half.
Obviously it was a day of ginguar bias as Cuz was made captain, and the team was introduced to Alexguarder Rapp.
From the off the Ravens took control and the hard work of the forwards lead to the backs getting plenty of ball.
Rossi stole or disrupted nearly every Beccs lineout and also ran like a forward possessed. Also in very untypical fashion H was actually seen to pass a ball and claim two assists.
But it was a day of glory for the backs with every single one of them scoring at least 1 try ( including H after she got fed up of passing and Lucy Morton on her debut) .
Dee Nial took over kicking duties and now has her first Raven points.
The final score of 52 7 reflects the Raven dominance and we now have to take the good points from this game into next weeks league encounter with Roslyn Park.

DIRECTIONS
Exit M25 at Junction 28 . Take the A12 to Romford. At the flyover roundabout (about 3 miles) take 2nd exit (straight over), into MAIN ROAD.
About 1 mile to a roundabout take 1st exit (left) onto the ring road.
Continue straight on (through lights and 1st roundabout) until you come to the 2nd roundabout.
Take 2nd exit (straight on) off the ring road into OLDCHURCH ROAD. (Hospital will be on your left.) At mini-roundabout by gas works turn Right into CROW LANE ground ½ mile on the Left.
